Hurricane Florence

      I live on the coastline, so we sometimes have to evacuate for hurricanes.  As most of you know hurricane Florence is heading towards the Carolinas and Virginia.  I went to school yesterday, but they canceled school for the rest of the week even though we weren't in the cone of uncertainty anymore.  My family and most of our neighbors are not evacuating, so it's going to be like a big party for the rest of the week.  We were out of town over the weekend, so we stopped at the Walmart in Columbia to get some water because most stores in the Lowcountry were out.  Well apparently the Walmart in Columbia is out of bottled water as well!  People have gone into full on panic mode!  Luckily, one of our neighbors had extra, so they gave us a pack.  I still don't know why they canceled school for the rest of the week, but it gives me free time!
